Online Presentation Guidelines

Authors are requested to follow the instructions given below for Submission of pre-recorded video file.
Guidelines for preparation and uploading pre-recorded video of oral presentations

  1. Registered authors with accepted papers and those who have opted for online oral presentation should prepare and upload pre-recorded video of their presentation

  2. The pre-recorded video for a paper will be available during the conference

  3. Power point video conferencing tool/Recording tools can be used to record video. 

  4. Pre-recorded video includes presentation window.

  5. Duration of video should not be more than 8 minutes and maximum number of slides should be 11.

  6. Check the sound quality and make sure audio is recorded.

  7. Video file format MPEG-4 (.mp4) file only. 

  8. Video quality should be as adequate front light and adequate background. Use good microphone to record the video.

Submission Author Guidelines

Full-length research papers on the given themes are invited in softcopy for the presentation as well as for publishing in the conference proceedings.


The research papers must be submitted at  https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IDICAIHEI2026


 All the accepted and presented papers will be published in the form of e-proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for SCOPUS Indexing.
The Research Papers should be submitted only in IEEE paper format not exceeding 6 pages. The template can be also downloaded from IEEE Website.

Registration

  1. Online Registration: Registration for the conference must be completed online. Prospective authors can register only after receiving the provisional acceptance notification for their full paper.
  2. Adhere to Dates: Participants should follow the conference dates as specified on the conference website.
  3. Mandatory Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  4. Separate Registration for Multiple Papers: If an author has multiple accepted papers, each paper must be registered separately.
  5. Non-Presentation Consequence: Papers accepted by the Technical Program Committee but not presented (either online or in person) will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. All conference attendees are required to register.
  6. Once the registration fees are paid, non-refundable under any circumstances.
  7. Co-author certificates can be provided upon request with an additional payment of Rs. 500.
